Description

  • Lead the strategy, design, optimization, and continuous evolution of Global Security Operations Center and Cyber Fusion Center capabilities.
  • Direct threat detection, monitoring, threat hunting, incident triage, and response across enterprise, cloud, venue, and operational technology environments.
  • Develop detection engineering capabilities, playbooks, escalation procedures, automation workflows, and security orchestration.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead enterprise incident response, post-incident remediation, tabletop exercises, and cyber crisis simulations.
  • Own Continuous Threat Exposure Management and vulnerability management programs across cloud, network, endpoint, application, identity, and OT environments.
  • Drive exposure reduction, remediation governance, attack surface management, and identity access governance initiatives.
  • Lead data loss prevention and data protection efforts for sensitive corporate, customer, financial, and regulated data.
  • Direct penetration testing, red team exercises, security validation, and remediation tracking.
  • Partner with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy, reporting, metrics, risk reduction, and resilience initiatives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience building, scaling, or transforming SOCs, Fusion Centers, or global cyber defense operations.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and enterprise cyber defense.
  • Experience leading Security Operations, Incident Response, CTEM/Vulnerability Management, IAM, DLP, Penetration Testing, and Threat Detection programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, MDR, IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, and cloud security technologies.
  • Experience with security automation, detection engineering, threat hunting, and operational process improvement.
  • Experience with cloud security operations across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
  • Experience developing cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate cybersecurity risks into business impact.
  • Experience supporting regulatory and compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, and privacy requirements.
  • CISSP, CISM, CEMS, or another equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

  • Pay range of $225,000 to $240,000.
