Description

  • Answer inbound and place outbound calls to members to schedule no-cost Prospective Health Assessments.
  • Learn and respond to customer needs, complaints, and service issues with clear solutions and support.
  • Use active listening to confirm information, clarify details, and de-escalate difficult calls when needed.
  • Build trust-based relationships with members and call center teammates.
  • Use software, databases, scripts, and tools accurately during calls and data entry.
  • Work to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering consistent customer service.
  • Make product or service recommendations that better fit client needs when appropriate.
  • Participate in training and ongoing learning to expand knowledge of the company and role.
  • Attend video meetings on camera when required.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and supervisor-assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus.
  • Bilingual communication ability for the contact center role.
  • Windows-based laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities.
  • Must be eligible to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States.
  • Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication and clear diction.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while speaking with customers.
  • Customer service or directly related experience is a plus.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM; 60 WPM is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 6 am EST and 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours.
