Description

  • Lead and facilitate change management meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage change requests throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to support successful implementation of changes.
  • Communicate updates, timelines, and impacts clearly to all involved parties.
  • Track and maintain change documentation and reporting.
  • Use ServiceNow to manage and monitor change activities.
  • Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Foster positive working relationships while ensuring established processes are followed.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating projects, process improvements, or organizational changes (preferred).
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple teams and departments (preferred).
