Description

  • Lead software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and QA to support project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare software development standards, regulations, and best practices, including cybersecurity-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Support problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams and departments.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare software industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in healthcare software development.
  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, preferred.
