Description

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee execution of all project phases to keep work on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Track project costs against budget and report variances.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to achieve milestones.
  • Run cross-functional meetings to maintain alignment and progress toward project goals.
  • Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues with corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in commercial real estate, with 5 years preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated vendor management and negotiation experience.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and navigate complex project requirements.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 30%.
  • Background check and proof of eligibility to work in the United States required.
