Description

  • Engage with customers to understand business challenges, technical environments, and requirements.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of AcuityMD’s products and services.
  • Partner with the Sales team to build account strategies and support the sales process.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Respond to technical inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs with functional and technical solutions.
  • Share customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to build awareness of AcuityMD’s capabilities.
  • Contribute as a team player by learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Travel domestically up to 25%–30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on pre-sales or technical sales roles.
  • Experience selling CRM, healthcare IT solutions, or other high-value business solutions, ideally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Superior presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, healthcare IT systems, or other enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Prior experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to develop innovative customer solutions.
  • Experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry, including knowledge of regulations, standards, and best practices, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and data visualization techniques is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data sources such as NPI, Medicare claims, PubMed, and ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes is preferred.
  • Eligible work permit in the USA is required.
