Description

  • Collaborate with customers, product managers, designers, and engineers to shape solutions to real-world problems.
  • Build key product features and workflows across the application platform.
  • Develop end-to-end features for both web and mobile experiences.
  • Use data insights to identify product improvements, performance issues, and new opportunities.
  • Help improve team processes and influence how the engineering team works.
  • Explore and introduce tools and technologies that improve scalability and development speed.
  • Mentor and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and example-setting.
  • Build with agentic AI tools and help advance the team’s AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a software engineer working on product-focused applications.
  • Full-stack proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer needs and business impact.
  • Curious and eager to learn new technologies and modern development practices.
  • Team player who leads with empathy and by example.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
  • Experience using agentic development tools such as Claude Code or Codex is preferred.
  • Hiring is open to multiple levels, including Junior, Mid, Senior, and Staff.
  • Relevant experience in the application/product domain is required.
  • Experience with multiple tech stacks is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive cash compensation with equity upside.
  • Base salary range from $105,000 to $150,000 for Junior level, $155,000 to $185,000 for Mid level, $190,000 to $250,000 for Senior level, and $250,000 to $300,000 for Staff level.
