Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team.
Lead ideation and concept development both independently and with the team.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Prepare concepts in static and animated forms.
Solve user challenges such as usability and findability through creative design approaches.
Mock up and design digital executions to high industry standards.
Animate concepts, layouts, and user interfaces with a contemporary visual style.
Lead the look and feel of each experience through research of the project domain, brand, and client.
Use animation tools to create special effects, 2D assets, and immersive experiences.
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior designers and other team members.
Communicate status updates regularly with Producers and broader project teams.
Collaborate with small-to-medium sized teams to resolve issues and deliver to client expectations.

Requirements

Experience as an established designer beyond core execution, with project ownership and creative influence.
Ability to lead design tracks with a high degree of independence.
Strong capability in translating complex briefs into cohesive visual systems.
Demonstrated understanding of 2D and 3D visual communication in conceptual work.
Ability to work closely with Creative Directors while driving visual craft independently.
Experience creating static and animated design concepts.
Ability to use animation tools to produce special effects, 2D assets, and immersive experiences.
Ability to integrate AI-driven tools into creative processes.
Experience collaborating within small-to-medium sized teams and communicating with producers and cross-functional partners.
Friendly to EST and able to work remotely from North America or Latin America.
