Description

  • Own day-to-day marketing design requests from brief through final files.
  • Design landing pages, web campaign assets, lifecycle emails, presentations, sales and partner decks, social creative, and event materials.
  • Develop creative variants and refine work based on performance, testing, and feedback.
  • Collaborate directly with growth, lifecycle, content, events, marketing, video, and engineering teams.
  • Create graphics, frames, and production assets for video and motion projects.
  • Use Boldin’s brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries as the source of truth.
  • Develop reusable templates that enable marketing teams to self-serve recurring assets.
  • Prepare final production files, specifications, and handoffs.
  • Organize and document files for a smooth transition to the incoming full-time designer.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing or brand design experience, preferably with product companies in-house or through an agency.
  • Portfolio demonstrating range across web, email, presentations, digital advertising, and print.
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and color.
  • Ability to work quickly and maintain quality within an established brand system.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and shared libraries.
  • Experience creating templates used by others to produce marketing assets.
  • Comfort working directly with marketers and taking direction from design leadership.
  • Experience creating performance-driven creative, including variants, testing, and iteration.
  • Experience preparing assets for video or motion teams; motion design experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in a production workflow is preferred.
  • Availability to start within two weeks.

Benefits

  • $60–$80 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Remote contract engagement.
  • Initial three-month term with potential extension.
  • Approximately 25–30 hours per week.
