Description

Lead the evolution of Boldin’s visual identity and brand story across all customer touchpoints.
Partner with founders and leadership to shape the brand’s creative direction and future.
Create workflows, tools, templates, and AI-driven pipelines that maintain brand consistency at scale.
Partner with marketing on creative direction, campaigns, deliverables, and performance testing.
Collaborate with product to create a cohesive brand experience across the platform.
Co-create and maintain brand and product design systems for human and AI-assisted workflows.
Use emerging AI technologies to accelerate creative exploration and production while applying strong judgment.
Advocate for customer needs and maintain high standards across all brand work.

Requirements

7+ years of brand design experience, including meaningful in-house experience at product companies.
Experience in fintech or another trust-heavy industry preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, color, motion, and scalable brand systems.
Experience owning creative direction and leading at least one rebrand or brand evolution from concept through rollout.
Active use of AI for creative ideation and production, with shipped work and a clear perspective on human judgment.
Ability to connect creative work to marketing tests and business outcomes.
Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup.
High agency, strong customer empathy, and willingness to operate across multiple responsibilities.

Benefits

$160,000–$180,000 salary, depending on experience.
