Description

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Acquia Source, including the command center, Acquia AI, and Source CMS.
  • Define the ideal customer profile, buyer journey, and seller routing logic across key sales conversations.
  • Shape, defend, and evolve the product narrative and positioning across audiences and channels.
  • Lead launch and release planning for Acquia Source rollouts and Acquia AI release cadence.
  • Create a repeatable launch playbook that other product marketing team members can execute.
  • Equip sales, sales engineers, customer success, and partners with pitch materials, discovery frameworks, talk tracks, and training.
  • Define success metrics and track commercial outcomes such as pipeline, win rate, time to close, attach rate, and enablement adoption.
  • Publish weekly performance updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and adjust plans based on results.
  • Align product, sales, demand generation, content, brand, customer success, and partner teams around shared priorities and timelines.
  • Partner with demand generation and content teams to translate the GTM strategy into pipeline-generating campaigns.
  • Work with product and finance on pricing and packaging decisions for Acquia Source and related offerings.
  • Review win/loss and competitive insights, then turn them into updates to positioning, enablement, and the GTM motion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with meaningful experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Director-level scope with ownership of a product line end to end.
  • Track record of launching and scaling complex platform or AI products into enterprise buyers.
  • Proven ability to influence across product, sales, marketing, and customer success in a fast-moving organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write narratives, build decks, and deliver pitches.
  • Strong comfort with the modern DXP, CMS, MarTech, or AI infrastructure landscape.
  • Experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to guide investment decisions and course corrections.
  • Experience marketing AI-native or AI-augmented enterprise products, especially with a human-in-the-loop governance story, is preferred.
  • Background in DXP, CMS, DAM, or content infrastructure, with Drupal ecosystem experience as a plus.
  • Experience building GTM motions that span multiple personas in the same deal is preferred.
  • Experience driving expansion motions into an existing enterprise customer base is preferred.
