Description

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on complex enterprise opportunities and support the full sales cycle.
  • Lead pre-sales activities by defining customer challenges, solution architecture, and expectations.
  • Customize and deliver demos aligned to business priorities such as employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Respond to complex RFI and RFP questions using deep product knowledge.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly, including APIs and integrations with tools such as Workday, SAP, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on roadmap, positioning, and competitive insights.
  • Research competitors and share market intelligence with the team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Enablement on training programs and new product launches.
  • Create deal-supporting collateral such as mockups, videos, and presentations.
  • Travel 25-30% of the time to deliver onsite solution sessions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Solution Consultant or in an equivalent role at a software company, with SaaS preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and/or German is required.
  • Experience with HR technology or the HR industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Workday, Microsoft, UKG, and SAP is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to C-suite executives and decision makers.
  • Ability to explain technical components to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion.
  • Experience in manufacturing, information technology, and/or professional services is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time.
