Description

  • Identify bugs and document software issues during testing activities.
  • Validate software functionality against expected behavior and requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support high-quality software delivery.
  • Participate in manual testing, automated testing, API testing, and CI/CD training.
  • Work from home and complete assigned testing tasks in a remote setting.
  • Take part in real-world project simulations and mock interview preparation.
  • Learn and apply software testing methodologies under guided training.
  • Use bug tracking or test management tools when needed.

Requirements

  • No previous professional experience is required.
  • An educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Interest in learning software testing methodologies, including manual and automation testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
  • Exposure to bug tracking or test management tools is beneficial but not required.
  • Good communication skills for virtual collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Willingness to participate in comprehensive online training provided by Ace IT Careers.
