Description

  • Perform functional testing across SaaS and mobile applications for new features, enhancements, and updates.
  • Investigate, reproduce, document, and validate bugs before release.
  • Identify edge cases, unexpected behavior, and quality risks through exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and support timely resolution.
  • Test APIs and integrations to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Manage and update work items, defects, and documentation in Azure DevOps.
  • Support release readiness and help improve QA practices.
  • Contribute to future test automation efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or QA roles across SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
  • Strong background in functional testing, regression testing, bug reproduction, defect validation, and release testing.
  • Ability to identify edge cases, evaluate user flows, and test beyond standard scenarios.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, QA best practices, and release management processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking tools.
  • API testing experience is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proactive, methodical approach to quality assurance.
