Description

  • Design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces and end-to-end user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to support data-informed design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation.
  • Own and evolve scalable design systems across web and native platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve workflows, ideation, and prototyping.
  • Participate in design rituals and community feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with UX Researchers on user testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility/usability assessments.
  • Support rapid prototyping and user-centered design improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design across multiple platforms, including responsive web, Android, and iOS.
  • 5+ years of visual design experience, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.
  • An online portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables.
  • Degree in design engineering, human-computer interaction, product design, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience using UX/UI best practices to design solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional agile/scrum teams.
  • Ability to validate designs, hypotheses, and recommendations using data or evidence and provide commercial rationale for design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with UX Researchers on testing, evaluation, and accessibility assessments is preferred.
