Description

  • Prototype and build interactive workflows that connect design intent with technical implementation.
  • Maintain and extend design system libraries and templates so they work reliably in code.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, and developers to ensure designs are accurate and buildable.
  • Build and configure solutions within low-code and no-code platforms as part of the delivery workflow.
  • Support product quality through usability checks, accessibility review, and QA across the delivery cycle.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools and platforms as the technical environment evolves.
  • Help turn substandard user interfaces into more elegant workflows and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience working at the intersection of design and front-end development.
  • Solid design sensibility and comfort working within a shared design system.
  • Working understanding of HTML/CSS and enough front-end fluency to assess design feasibility.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code authoring tools.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Confluence at team-wide or enterprise scale.
  • Familiarity with UCD/HCD or design thinking concepts.
  • Comfort switching between different platforms and tools.
  • Experience on a large-scale federal IT program (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder or similar enterprise low-code platforms (preferred).
  • Experience delivering code (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAFe delivery (preferred).
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position.
  • U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
