Description

  • Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into intuitive product experiences.
  • Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
  • Contribute to product strategy with Product and Engineering, and help drive it at senior levels.
  • Build on and evolve the design system, including documentation and tooling.
  • Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Define design success metrics and measure the impact of design work.
  • Take projects from discovery through handoff and shipping.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience designing web or mobile products.
  • Strong preference for experience shipping fintech, trading, investing, or banking products.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end systems, interaction design, and polished UI rather than single screens.
  • Ability to simplify dense, regulated, high-stakes financial information into trustworthy experiences.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design cohesive experiences across a broader product ecosystem.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate design thinking clearly.
  • Comfort working in a remote, low-oversight environment with strong self-direction.
  • Product thinking with the ability to frame problems, connect design decisions to business outcomes, and push back on scope.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains quickly and adapt based on feedback.
  • Nice-to-have experience with AI workflows in the design process, crypto products, experimentation and metrics, user research collaboration, or design system contribution/management.
