Description

  • Work with business and IT business partners to define and document business processes, requirements, data flow, data storage, application usability, reporting, and analytics.
  • Support project management in implementing technology solutions in alignment with Acadia’s software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Create training materials, how-to guides, knowledge articles, and user documentation to support technology adoption.
  • Develop detailed user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and facilitate UAT with business partners.
  • Define, coordinate, and/or execute system integration testing to validate solutions against requirements and specifications.
  • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 application or data issues for business partners and escalate to vendor support when needed.
  • Serve as the operational point person for existing systems, including running recurring meetings, tracking change requests, initiating change controls, coordinating patches, and escalating issues to IT business partners.
  • Conduct source system data quality analysis as needed.
  • Define standard operating procedures and perform periodic system review activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in data analysis and database management.
  • Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management concepts and tools.
  • Working experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and Azure Services, especially Azure Synapse/Data Warehouse, is strongly desired.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database principles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility.
  • Strong ability to define and document processes, requirements, and training materials.
  • Previous pharma experience is preferred.
  • Must be able and willing to travel as needed.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
