Description

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews and support candidate selection.
  • Manage applicant tracking system tasks, including job posting, screening, and record maintenance.
  • Conduct pre-employment processes such as background checks, employment verifications, and offer documentation.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions and workplace concerns.
  • Assist with employee relations cases, documentation, and resolution support.
  • Support performance management activities, including coaching, corrective actions, and employee documentation.
  • Administer and track leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and parental leave.
  • Respond to employee benefits questions, process benefits transactions, and support open enrollment.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data, assist with audits and reporting, and support compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses and assist with special HR projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience substituted year-for-year.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably supporting multiple HR functions.
  • 1+ years of experience with recruitment, employee relations, leave administration, and benefits.
  • Experience in government or disaster response sectors is preferred; knowledge of emergency management is a plus.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with leave management and ADA/FMLA compliance is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, or retail environment is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting large employee populations and multiple locations is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and must pass company and applicable client background and reference checks.
