Description

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a world-class team of enterprise sellers on time and within budget.
  • Define, track, and enable seller productivity metrics and milestones to drive consistent quota attainment and growth.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation by activating all demand channels including AE prospecting, SDRs, marketing, partners, and customer advocates.
  • Develop and execute an overall account strategy for the region that promotes collaborative team selling and strong execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and a repeatable proof-of-concept/technology validation program.
  • Build and maintain executive customer relationships that drive value realization, retention, renewals, upsell expansion, and referrals.
  • Conduct disciplined deal inspection and forecasting to accurately report monthly and quarterly revenue to executive leadership.
  • Build, activate, and grow channel partnerships to complement direct sales and expand market reach.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate sales productivity, plan execution, and progress against strategic objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new enterprise business at executive levels (CISO/CIO/CTO), and lead by example on complex deals when required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience selling security, networking, and/or software solutions with a demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Based in the Southeast (ideal candidate location).
  • 3+ years leading a sales team focused on new business and acquiring new logos.
  • Proven hunter mentality with direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand and sourcing new pipeline.
  • Successful experience closing complex enterprise sales involving multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ and high-value transactions above $1M.
  • Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with partners and customers at executive levels.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC/MEDDICC).
  • Metrics-driven and forecasting-oriented: experience defining, tracking, and managing seller productivity KPIs and conducting disciplined pipeline inspection and forecast methodology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $189,150 — $222,500 USD.
  • Certain roles are eligible for bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other benefits.
  • Individual compensation packages are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
