Description

  • Develop machine learning algorithms and models for behavioral modeling and cybersecurity attack detection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into machine learning solutions.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and model evaluation.
  • Work with infrastructure and product engineers to productionize models and ML-based features.
  • Monitor and improve production models using feature engineering, rules, and machine learning methods.
  • Participate in code reviews to support the quality and maintainability of ML systems.
  • Stay current on research in machine learning, data science, and AI.
  • Adopt and help establish machine learning best practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to technical goals, team direction, roadmap, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar commercial role.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning toolkits such as pandas and scikit-learn.
  • Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred.
  • Awareness of MLOps and best practices for productionizing ML models.
  • Experience building data and metric generation pipelines using SQL or Spark.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with LLMs is preferred.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Experience with Airflow or similar ML pipeline orchestration tools is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale ML systems and data infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience with behavioral modeling techniques is preferred.
  • PhD or equivalent proven experience in ML research is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
