Description

  • Coordinate and dispatch attorneys for high-volume daily court hearings.
  • Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps.
  • Confirm assignments and ensure complete and accurate hearing coverage.
  • Communicate with attorneys and clients to support seamless service.
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule hearings and address client needs.
  • Track performance metrics, maintain scheduling data, and support reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve processes and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone-based work.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and work proactively with a team.
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 9:30am–6pm MST.
  • Pay range of $15.00 per hour.
