Description

  • Create and deliver Texas practice training for the sales team, including onboarding and recurring clinics.
  • Join sales calls and product demos as the resident practice expert and maintain an objection and FAQ library.
  • Partner with sales and account management on major account reviews to identify practice-level issues and solutions.
  • Represent Texas customer needs in product and operations workflow development.
  • Evaluate and support new products and features, including AI-powered tools, from a Texas practice perspective.
  • Perform user acceptance testing on new releases and document findings.
  • Liaise with court clerks to clarify filing and procedural requirements on behalf of InfoTrack.
  • Maintain internal knowledge of county-level requirements, local rule changes, and clerk practice shifts.
  • Fact-check marketing and customer support materials for Texas practice accuracy.
  • Create practitioner content such as webinars, best-practice guides, help center articles, and customer education materials.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for Texas practice questions from customer support.
  • Partner with strategic leaders to shape growth plans and bring market intelligence into planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant in Texas civil litigation.
  • Plaintiff-side experience, such as personal injury or consumer law, is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on eFiling experience across multiple Texas counties through eFileTexas.
  • Familiarity with county-level differences in clerk review, rejection reasons, and citation issuance.
  • Direct experience coordinating service of process, including certified process servers, attempt tracking, affidavits, returns, and substituted service motions.
  • Experience tracking Texas dockets, deadlines, and case status across courts; experience across more than one Texas metro area is preferred.
  • Deep working knowledge of Texas trial court structure, clerk practices, and county-level mandatory eFiling mechanics.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas service of process rules and practice, including diligence documentation and proof-of-service instruments.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, write training guides or internal procedure documentation, and explain procedures clearly to non-lawyers.
  • Comfort with legal software beyond routine use, including evaluating new systems, testing releases, and reporting reproducible findings.
  • Ability to work across functions and in ambiguous environments, translating firm-side practice knowledge into product, marketing, and strategic recommendations.
  • Active involvement in professional associations such as paralegal, bar, or trial lawyer organizations is preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Paralegal certification such as Texas Board of Legal Specialization or NALA Certified Paralegal is preferred.
