Description

  • Deliver legal documents to recipients in your assigned area.
  • Claim jobs, map routes, and track pay using the company mobile app.
  • Plan service attempts and work at times when people are most likely to be available.
  • Complete service attempts with attention to honesty and accuracy.
  • Work independently while managing your own workload and service area.
  • Communicate in a pleasant and personable manner with people you meet during deliveries.
  • Make service attempts every 48 hours as required by the assignment.
  • Follow applicable court rules, civil procedure rules, and state-specific service requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have a smartphone or tablet, such as an iPhone, iPad, or Android device, and be able to use a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without work authorization.
  • Organized, independent, and personable candidates are preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working outside a traditional office setting are preferred.
