Description

  • Deliver legal documents to recipients in your assigned service area.
  • Use the mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.
  • Plan routes and attempt service at times when people are more likely to be home.
  • Work independently while maintaining organized and accurate records.
  • Provide pleasant and professional interactions with the people you encounter.
  • Make service attempts within the required timing, including every 48 hours where applicable.
  • Set and manage your own workload and service areas.
  • Follow state-specific process serving rules and court-related civil procedure requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and be able to work within a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
