Description

  • Source and prospect independent attorneys in priority counties and underserved markets.
  • Run high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to pitch the Docketly opportunity.
  • Handle objections and ask for commitment to close attorneys onto the platform.
  • Guide new attorneys through setup, onboarding, and training so their first hearings run smoothly.
  • Keep attorneys engaged and active so they continue accepting hearings.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and outcome records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to identify emerging demand and expand the network.
  • Work toward a points-based quota weighted by market difficulty and attorney location.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a quota-carrying role such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, telesales, account management, or collections.
  • Comfort making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection without losing momentum.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills with the ability to pitch, handle objections, and ask for commitment.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a personal pipeline without errors.
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and working with CRM and outreach tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas or targets.
  • Preferred: experience selling to professionals, small businesses, or in a services/marketplace environment.
  • Preferred: exposure to the legal industry.
  • Preferred: comfortable using Mac OS and Google Workspace.
