Description

  • Lead the development of applied AI and GenAI capabilities across products, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and AI-driven data solutions.
  • Design, build, and operate end-to-end ML and AI pipelines from experimentation through production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Create scalable backend systems, observability, and evaluation frameworks that support GenAI across the company.
  • Collaborate with AI, data, platform, and product teams to deliver AI solutions that improve customer outcomes.
  • Influence architecture and technical direction across the AI stack.
  • Mentor engineers and help raise the bar for engineering excellence.
  • Drive innovation while balancing delivery, quality, and operational stability in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or relevant professional experience with demonstrated depth in applied AI and large-scale systems.
  • 7–10 years of software and data engineering experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience building ML, AI, or GenAI systems.
  • 2 years of experience with Databricks and modern data/AI platforms.
  • Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, MCP, and modern AI evaluation techniques.
  • Strong Python skills.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience designing scalable, distributed systems for data-intensive workloads.
  • Track record of leading complex projects, influencing technical decisions, and mentoring engineers.
  • Preferred experience with Mosaic AI, Snowflake, FHIR, or healthcare data exposure.
