Description

  • Own concepts through to shipped assets, including direction, copy, design, build, and iteration.
  • Maintain a high quality bar for enterprise-grade, brand-safe output across all work.
  • Develop and defend the visual language across web, decks, social, and print.
  • Design and build campaign, brand, and pitch landing pages using AI throughout the process.
  • Create pitch decks, proposals, and campaign narratives for enterprise opportunities on short notice.
  • Turn rough direction from the CEO or sales leads into polished, on-brand collateral.
  • Keep the collateral library current so all outward-facing materials feel consistent.
  • Work across marketing needs including campaigns, social, web, brand, product marketing, events, and outbound.
  • Use AI across ideation, copy, design, build, iteration, and QA, and help replace manual production steps.
  • Work directly with the CEO in short feedback loops and respond quickly to keep momentum high.

Requirements

  • Strong design depth in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, grid, and motion.
  • A strong portfolio with the ability to explain the thinking behind the work.
  • Several years of design experience, whether formally trained or self-taught.
  • Fluency with traditional design tools such as Figma and Adobe tools.
  • Ability to defend design decisions clearly to marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience restructuring work around AI workflows, tools, and output.
  • Comfort using AI for faster production while knowing where human judgment is still needed.
  • Strong writing ability and organized, structured working style.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on work that drives revenue.
  • Useful but not essential: video production, video editing, social content and posting experience, and SEO.
