Description

  • Manage and evolve the end-to-end content and certification strategy and roadmap.
  • Revamp and update existing certifications and courses.
  • Expand certification coverage across products and use cases.
  • Partner with Product, PMM, and Customer Success to keep certifications and courses current and valuable.
  • Develop deep technical fluency across the 6sense platform and B2B GTM ecosystem to ensure content reflects real-world workflows.
  • Gather learner feedback and usage data to improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Build scalable systems for content intake, governance, and measurement.
  • Develop and audit certification content.
  • Support short-form learning initiatives that extend the reach of 6sense Academy across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Education, Customer Success, Enablement, Program Management, or Training.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth environment, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products.
  • Proven track record of owning complex, strategic initiatives and driving measurable outcomes independently.
  • Ability to leverage AI across various platforms and media.
  • Strong program management skills and the ability to structure ambiguity into clear plans and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Executive presence and comfort leading high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations.
  • Comfort presenting, facilitating live sessions, and fielding unscripted questions.
  • Familiarity with Skilljar, Camtasia, or similar LMS and video editing platforms is preferred.
  • Background in technical training, compliance, or risk-related domains is preferred.
  • Experience building education programs from scratch or significantly scaling an existing one is preferred.
  • Experience with in-product learning tools like Pendo is preferred.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or MarTech is preferred.
  • Experience building simulations or AI-powered learning is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $72,369 to $99,564.
