Description

  • Lead large-scale enterprise migrations from Microsoft 365/Exchange to Google Workspace while maintaining data integrity, minimizing disruption, and supporting user adoption.
  • Serve as the principal technical authority on client projects, designing solutions with Google Apps Script, APIs, low-code platforms, and AI agentic frameworks.
  • Architect AI agent solutions, including workflows, tool integrations, memory systems, and governance models to automate business processes.
  • Develop governance models, security frameworks, and technical roadmaps for migrations, existing systems, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Define and promote architectural best practices across the digital workplace to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and usable.
  • Act as a technical strategist in pre-sales by validating solutions and providing estimates for migration, enhancement, and AI initiatives.
  • Participate in client workshops to identify transformation opportunities and shape platform and automation roadmaps.
  • Contribute to proposals and statements of work by documenting technical scope, feasibility, and migration complexity.
  • Mentor the digital workplace team and serve as an escalation point for migration and coexistence strategies.
  • Identify new service offerings and intellectual property related to migrations, automation, and AI agents.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience leading multiple large-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, including mail, calendar, contacts, and files.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Deep architectural and administrative proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on development experience with Google Apps Script and API integrations such as Google Cloud and Microsoft Graph.
  • Direct experience building business applications with Google AppSheet.
  • Proven experience contributing to pre-sales efforts in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed, up to 25%.
  • Experience with third-party migration tools such as CloudM, MoveBot, CloudFuze, Cloudiway, or Google Workspace Migrate.
  • Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Google Workspace Administrator preferred.
  • Experience using Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Identity, and BigQuery to build custom solutions or integrations (preferred).
  • Experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI agents on GCP, including Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini models, function calling, and RAG systems (preferred).
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Solutions Architect Expert, or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner preferred.
