Description

  • Identify and architect opportunities to scale agentic solutions, advanced data models, and sophisticated workflows within client environments.
  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of multiple deployments from prototype through production-ready environments.
  • Engineer full-stack systems that maximize customer value and accelerate organizational learning.
  • Partner with customer teams to understand requirements and drive seamless adoption of deployed solutions.
  • Manage project scoping, sequence critical deliveries, and mitigate technical or operational blockers.
  • Balance scope, velocity, and quality trade-offs to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
  • Contribute production-quality code to maintain project momentum and technical clarity.
  • Develop tools, playbooks, and modular building blocks to codify best practices for broader use.
  • Provide field-based feedback to Research and Product teams to improve model performance and utility.
  • Create sophisticated demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments tailored to client requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS, with GCP strongly preferred.
  • GCP Professional-level certification required within the first 90 days of tenure.
  • 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including significant customer-facing work.
  • Proven ability to strategize, architect, and lead scalable enterprise solution deployments on GCP.
  • Experience delivering complex systems in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in production-grade full-stack development using Python, JavaScript, or comparable frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience deploying LLMs or generative models and understanding their impact on user experience.
  • Ability to distill complex requirements into simple, effective solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive critical decisions with engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong risk management skills and ability to make real-time operational adjustments to protect the customer experience.
