Description

  • Drive adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise by leading change programs for clients transitioning away from the Microsoft tech stack.
  • Design and deliver communication and training strategies that support AI adoption and build user trust in new tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI adoption barriers and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, actionable guidance for end users.
  • Develop and implement methods to measure feature adoption and user proficiency, using data to refine change management approaches.
  • Partner with project teams and senior leaders to create change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organization, including risks and mitigation plans.
  • Develop change management documentation and content for professional services engagements.
  • Track and report on the success of change initiatives, including risk and issue management.
  • Travel to client sites as needed and requested.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in organizational change management, particularly in technology or consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead enablement sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft-to-Google migrations.
  • Experience introducing AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise to enterprise environments.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem.
  • Ability to navigate a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels, from front-line users to C-level executives.
  • Calm, upbeat demeanor when facilitating sessions in high-pressure or unpredictable client situations.
