Description

  • Work closely with UX leads, product management, engineering, and program management to deliver product design work using Agile practices.
  • Communicate progress, delivery timing, and status clearly to the team and client.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in priority and scope.
  • Participate in UX and engagement rituals and meetings.
  • Identify project risks and escalate them appropriately.
  • Contribute to client presentations and help prepare workshops.
  • Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, for future projects.
  • Manage a team of Product Designers and own their professional wellbeing, performance, and day-to-day output.
  • Set individual goals and performance expectations, and provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to strengthen craft and product thinking.
  • Foster an inclusive, trust-based team culture focused on accountability and continuous learning.
  • Partner with client-side leadership and stakeholders to shape problem spaces, define success measures, and prioritize work across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with digital products, business logic, and a variety of clients.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong skills in interaction design or visual design.
