Description

  • Build, configure, and extend applications on the Unqork platform from technical design through launch.
  • Own feature delivery and identify solution opportunities that improve customer adoption.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours.
  • Manage expectations and communicate effectively with senior client leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Architect to implement design and architectural decisions.
  • Escalate risks and blockers proactively while ensuring solutions fit scalable BFF/proxy architectures.
  • Coordinate with distributed offshore team members across multiple time zones.
  • Provide context, guidance, and detailed code/configuration reviews for the global development team.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Create technical artifacts and knowledge-transfer materials to support long-term project sustainability.

Requirements

  • Ability to work during standard US business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of overall technical experience with a strong hybrid background.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Unqork projects.
  • Unqork certification is required.
  • Experience with Dynamic Refresh, session or browser data storage, user data storage post lazy load, API integration, SendGrid, DocuSign integration, SFTP integration, and SSO.
  • Strong understanding of REST API integration patterns and frontend HTML/CSS knowledge, including media queries.
  • High proficiency in English to work with a globally distributed development team.
  • Ability to communicate architectural details clearly to clients using appropriate technical language.
  • Natural leadership, critical reasoning, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Mentorship and thought leadership experience with engineers and decision-makers.
  • Prior experience with other low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix, Appian, OutSystems, or Microsoft Power Apps (preferred).
  • Full-stack React experience, including React, TypeScript, component architecture, and state management (preferred).
  • Experience with the UIF Framework (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tooling or integrating AI-powered features such as LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise SSO platforms (preferred).
  • Solutions Architect certification on AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong plus.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services, especially Property & Casualty insurance, MGUs, or catastrophe property insurance (preferred).
