Description

  • Guide the technical direction and implementation for the team from conceptualization through deployment.
  • Evaluate trade-offs among correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to choose the right solution.
  • Lead technical documentation and repository management practices, including branches, pull requests, and merges.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on architecture, dependencies, and product direction.
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor Senior Engineers and other team members through Communities of Practice and project work.
  • Set technical strategy and direct implementation across multiple teams or the broader product when needed.
  • Refine technical details and definition of done for user stories and task assignments.
  • Provide technical orchestration across tasks and delivery efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in .NET, Azure, and Angular.
  • High level of English proficiency for collaboration with a globally distributed development team.
  • Experience leading Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs.
  • Ability to verify and validate architecture implementations and influence architecture beyond the team.
  • Strong object-oriented programming expertise, with preferred experience in Java or C#.
  • High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Very good knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to build well-tested, scalable, secure, and performant enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of building cloud-native applications.
