Description

  • Facilitate communication with client stakeholders about project status and recommendations.
  • Develop client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
  • Participate in planning, estimation, requirements gathering, and feature presentation for clients.
  • Expand and improve automation frameworks, testing processes, and automation coverage.
  • Lead the design and oversight of automated test cases and execution for critical testing activities.
  • Integrate testing practices into CI/CD pipelines and promote preventive quality measures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver new features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor teammates through Communities of Practice and project-based collaboration.
  • Drive project delivery independently from conceptualization through deployment within defined architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Angular, including unit testing, UX design, Figma, mono-repo, and state management using ngRx.
  • 5+ years of experience with Java.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS services such as Lambda and SQS.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with GitHub, branching strategies, code reviews, coding standards, and code deployment.
  • Experience evaluating and making recommendations based on complex proof of concepts.
  • Ability to lead the design and implementation of a scalable automation framework using Java and Angular.
  • Experience with API automation and tools such as Playwright and Cypress.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development.
  • Strong knowledge of databases and SQL for complex data validation and backend testing.
  • Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Management and Design to define, design, automate, and ship features.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code and mentor junior developers.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: experience in process improvement and innovation that improves quality, reduces costs, and increases team efficiency.
  • Preferred: experience with performance and load testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
