Description

  • Facilitate communication with client stakeholders about project status and recommendations.
  • Build efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, high-quality client code.
  • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within the current methodology and quality standards across diverse engagements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice and project teams.
  • Drive project delivery independently from conceptualization through deployment within the defined architecture.

Requirements

  • C#, .NET Core, and MVC experience.
  • Strong SQL Server background.
  • Experience debugging complex procedures and fixing bugs.
  • Proficient English skills.
  • Stakeholder management ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, including abstraction and encapsulation.
  • Experience building well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Familiarity with OWASP.
  • Experience mentoring other engineers and decision-makers is preferred.
