Description

  • Lead and own QA strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance across projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and advanced automation scripts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, test plans, and test cases.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, setting standards and best practices for quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate QA into the development lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and speed.
  • Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution processes with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate QA activities in Agile/Scrum environments and support iterative testing in rapid development cycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on software quality assurance experience including test strategy, planning, execution, and documentation.
  • At least 4 years of experience with automated testing tools, specifically Selenium, including advanced scripting and building custom frameworks.
  • Experience with Playwright framework using JavaScript and API automation testing with RestAssured.
  • Advanced proficiency in C# for test automation and contributing to the codebase.
  • Proven leadership and experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, driving QA strategies in rapid development cycles.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and optimizing automated tests for those environments.
  • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL with experience performing complex data validation and backend testing.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and strong bug reporting/tracking experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects.
