Description

Communicate project status, recommendations, and risks to client stakeholders.
Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
Plan, estimate, design, code, test, and implement software solutions.
Develop performant, scalable, secure, and high-quality client code.
Lead delivery within the defined architecture from concept through deployment.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, managers, and project leads to solve user and delivery problems.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
Mentor other engineers through communities of practice or project teams.
Support architectural activities and remove roadblocks to successful delivery.
Produce technical documentation and perform problem analysis and resolution.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Java-based software development.
Experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, microservices, and multi-threaded application development.
Experience with Redis/Redisson, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of C++ and ability to understand legacy systems.
Understanding of telecom protocols such as SS7 and Diameter.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong unit testing and characterization testing experience.
Experience with ORM technologies and application tuning.
Strong knowledge of data structures, SQL, joins, views, GROUP BY, and HAVING clauses.
Experience delivering large-volume, high-availability enterprise applications.
