Description

  • Partner with sales and solutions teams to assess client technical stacks, data pipelines, and infrastructure during discovery.
  • Build working prototypes, mock integrations, and core code patterns to validate technical feasibility and value.
  • Embed with client engineering teams to translate proposed architectures into production environments.
  • Write robust, clean, and maintainable code for platforms, data pipelines, and automated frameworks.
  • Solve complex systems integration problems across diverse client environments, cloud providers, and automation frameworks.
  • Deliver production-ready codebases with strong documentation and architectural guardrails.
  • Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure a smooth technical hand-off after deployment.
  • Mentor core engineers on the patterns and environments established during implementation.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or data engineering.
  • Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems.
  • Strong backend and systems fluency, including experience with Python or similar modern backend environments.
  • Experience with environment configuration management and complex API/system integration patterns.
  • Deep engineering experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong communication and consultative problem-solving skills for working with client engineering leadership.
  • Ability to understand ambiguous requirements and quickly turn them into an execution plan.
  • Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases and begin contributing on day one.
  • Senior- or staff-level engineering background is preferred.
