Description

  • Own advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Intune issues, including enrollment, compliance, app deployment, Conditional Access impacts, and endpoint security policy conflicts.
  • Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and implement corrective actions under change control.
  • Work with onshore leads/architects and cross-functional teams to execute assigned work packages and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Deliver scoped engineering tasks tied to project plans, including policy implementation, testing, pilot support, remediation, and deployment activities.
  • Track work items, raise risks early, and support cutovers and post-deployment stabilization to meet SLAs and milestones.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Intune and core Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID integration and device management.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as security baselines, Defender for Endpoint support, ASR rules, BitLocker/FileVault, and local admin controls.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose automation and standardization opportunities using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in IT, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft 365 and/or endpoint management.
  • Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune, including Entra ID and Conditional Access fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting production environments, escalations, and project work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing Windows endpoints, with familiarity with macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app packaging/deployment.
  • Experience with endpoint security controls such as Defender for Endpoint, Intune security, BitLocker, and ASR.
  • Working PowerShell skills and familiarity with Microsoft Graph for reporting and automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and multitasking skills while meeting SLAs.
  • Microsoft certifications preferred, such as MD-102, MS-102, or SC-300.
  • Preferred experience with hybrid identity, device registration, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, ServiceNow, and consulting or Microsoft partner delivery work.
