Description

  • Provide technical delivery leadership on multiple client engagements.
  • Lead architectural design sessions with clients.
  • Offer coaching, guidance, and technical oversight to peer team members.
  • Serve in a player-coach role to help upskill and build confidence in infrastructure delivery.
  • Support collaboration across cloud infrastructure, delivery excellence, and solution architecture teams.
  • Align project milestones with project plans and capture key client decisions.
  • Assist the delivery team in removing blockers to help reach billable targets.
  • Facilitate change orders and project extensions when project scope evolves.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction across practice-area dependencies.
  • Identify cloud infrastructure and security opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Lead and support infrastructure offerings committees that define standard practice offerings.
  • Create reusable artifacts and content that help the team deliver client work more efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technical delivery on client engagements.
  • Strong consultative skills for working across multiple engagements.
  • Broad and deep technical knowledge of Azure technologies, including Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Networking (App Gateways, Front Door, Firewall, VWAN), Azure Storage, Azure Automation (IaC), Azure Sentinel, App Services, Containers (AKS), Managed Instances, Azure SQL, Azure DNS, Azure Virtual Desktop + Nerdio, and Azure Files.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions and how they are implemented using IaC such as Bicep or Terraform.
  • AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification required.
  • Ability to coach and guide less experienced team members.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and work in a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Willingness to stay current on emerging technologies and their impact on existing offerings.
  • Ability to identify and escalate new solution opportunities within existing engagements.
  • Must not require work visa sponsorship at this time.
