Description

  • Lead portions of client engagements involving digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud strategy, operating models, and enterprise change.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions.
  • Analyze business, technology, process, and organizational data to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Manage engagement execution, including workplans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Create executive-ready maturity assessments, roadmaps, business cases, operating models, governance frameworks, and decision-support materials.
  • Build trusted client relationships and support proposals, solution shaping, and presentations.
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback, mentoring, development planning, certifications, and stretch assignments.
  • Oversee staffing, utilization, workload balance, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate across advisory, cloud, engineering, data and AI, managed services, change, and design teams.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of relevant consulting or technology transformation experience.
  • Experience leading client-facing engagements in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization.
  • Experience managing, coaching, or developing consultants, analysts, or cross-functional project team members.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud, data, and AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating executive-level roadmaps, business cases, assessments, and related deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workstreams.
  • Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree, consulting or systems integrator experience, and familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems or Azure preferred.
  • Experience connecting advisory work to implementation or managed services programs preferred.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • $117,500–$176,300 USD base salary range.
  • Annual discretionary or utilization bonus eligibility.
