Description

  • Provide technical delivery leadership across multiple client engagements.
  • Lead architectural design sessions with clients.
  • Offer coaching, guidance, and technical oversight to junior and peer team members.
  • Serve in a player-coach role to support team members’ growth and confidence in infrastructure delivery.
  • Partner with Delivery Excellence to align milestones with project plans and capture key client decisions.
  • Support delivery teams in removing blockers, driving billable targets, and managing change orders or project extensions.
  • Coordinate technical alignment across 3Cloud practice areas and help resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and assess their impact on existing 3Cloud offerings.
  • Identify cloud infrastructure and security solution opportunities within existing engagements.
  • Lead and guide infrastructure offerings committees and create reusable artifacts and content for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technical delivery on client engagements.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Broad and deep technical knowledge of Azure technologies, including Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Automation (IaC), Azure Sentinel, App Services, Containers (AKS), Managed Instances, Azure SQL, Azure DNS, Azure Virtual Desktop with Nerdio, and Azure Files.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions and implementation using IaC tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
  • AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
  • Ability to work in a full-time role.
  • Remote work location in the Philippines.
  • Cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
  • Experience helping teams scale and supporting multiple engagements (preferred).
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and contributing to solution positioning (preferred).
