Description

  • Manage technology teams through the client engagement process, including timelines, task prioritization, and barrier removal.
  • Serve as a billable Azure Architect on one or more client engagements with a 75% targeted utilization.
  • Hold regular 1:1s with direct reports to review performance, support growth, and identify training needs.
  • Support team members in achieving client delivery objectives.
  • Manage team utilization and bench time at budgeted levels.
  • Estimate work at the project or program level.
  • Manage and resolve personnel issues.
  • Build team commitment and trust.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and processes.
  • Help define and drive client experience and engagement processes with the sales team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong internal and client communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for using technology to solve problems.
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and guide a team through issue resolution.
  • Comfort working in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desired but not required.
  • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship.
