Description

  • Identify, engage, and hire top tech talent across roles such as Software Engineers, Software Architects, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data Engineers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, refine role scopes, and strengthen the overall talent strategy.
  • Use proactive outreach, talent mapping, employer branding, and data-driven recruiting methods to source high-quality candidates.
  • Own end-to-end hiring processes from first contact through offer stage.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and represent 360Learning’s culture and values throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with a distributed Talent Acquisition team across France and the US.
  • Source highly relevant profiles for product and tech teams.
  • Design well-crafted interviewing processes and improve hiring practices over time.
  • Coach 360Learning employees on interviewing best practices.
  • Lead talent acquisition projects related to employer branding, analytics, and other hiring improvements.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience in hyper-growth tech companies.
  • Proven experience identifying outstanding tech talent and hiring with diversity in mind.
  • Strong resume screening skills and the ability to quickly assess candidate fit.
  • Sharp interview skills with the ability to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first company.
  • Experience recruiting for product and tech roles is strongly implied by the role scope.
  • Experience with analytics-driven recruitment strategies is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s working environment and culture.
