Description

  • Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kick-off through handover to support.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to understand client use cases and requirements.
  • Translate client requirements into platform setup, configuration, and architecture for 360Learning deployments.
  • Drive project management across multiple customer implementations and ensure successful deployment outcomes.
  • Lead functional and technical workshops to support client customization and platform structuring.
  • Facilitate integrations with flat files, APIs, SSO, and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for client deployment issues.
  • Follow customer portfolios לאורך their contract to increase product adoption and deliver complementary solutions such as platform audits.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and work with the partner ecosystem to strengthen client services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in technical consulting, technical account management, technical project management, implementation project management, or pre-sales consulting is preferred.
  • Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally in HR-related environments.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities across customer implementations.
  • Understanding of APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, rational, and analytical approach to work.
  • Native German proficiency.
  • Very good English proficiency (B2 level).
  • Enthusiasm for the company culture and ways of working.
