Description

  • Develop and maintain product features within a squad with clear innovation and ownership goals.
  • Work on complex technical challenges across a large codebase with significant traffic and data volume.
  • Contribute to clean architecture, refactoring, analysis, and documentation to maintain code quality and transparency.
  • Implement new tickets and broader functionalities as you ramp up within the team.
  • Participate in decentralized peer review, pair programming, and knowledge sharing practices.
  • Build cross-functional tools that help the team maintain quality standards and increase velocity.
  • Own part of the codebase and work on complex features that affect multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding of new engineers and share best practices across the team.
  • Contribute to architectural changes that impact the broader codebase.

Requirements

  • Significant full stack programming experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with SaaS software architecture.
  • Experience with modern programming languages.
  • Interest in JavaScript technologies such as Node.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to create quality interfaces that are intuitive, efficient, and elegant.
  • Comfort working with algorithms.
  • Product-oriented mindset with strong concern for customer experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English (US/UK) or B2 level French, or equivalent.
