Description

  • Work across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to support customer and business needs.
  • Partner with account executives to develop strategies that move deals forward, including POCs and pilots.
  • Present and explain the product to prospects and answer technical and functional questions promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide presales support.
  • Plan and configure product demonstrations to meet presentation needs.
  • Provide internal feedback to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success based on customer conversations and product insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customer stakeholders at all levels, including executives and technical leaders.
  • Share expertise and best practices with the broader team.
  • Help define and improve sales engineering processes and contribute to team growth.
  • Support hiring and help shape the presales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, engagement management, or LMS implementation consulting, ideally in SaaS.
  • Consultative selling background.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems and technologies such as SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical expertise with senior stakeholders such as CTOs and CISOs.
  • Experience leading technical workshops on SaaS integrations, middleware, ETL, API, or web services.
  • Knowledge of the LXP/LMS industry and related standards is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and at least B2 level or equivalent in English.
  • Experience working in or with the SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Alignment with the company culture and values.
