Description

  • Partner with customer success leaders to improve net retention performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve gross retention, subscription margin, and advocacy.
  • Design and roll out new service offerings and pricing models.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools internally to improve team productivity.
  • Turn customer success strategy into actionable plans and playbooks for the CS teams.
  • Define staffing needs, support models, and service offerings to inform resource allocation decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and execution, and deliver insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Propose quarterly adjustments to the business plan based on performance and strategic priorities.
  • Own churn forecasting and customer success team staffing exercises.
  • Lead projects to improve the customer journey, reduce attrition, and optimize target and incentives models.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or a tech startup environment.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to bring clarity to complex topics through deep insights.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and bring order to unclear areas of opportunity.
  • Strong business sense and interest in understanding the day-to-day work of revenue teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent English (US/UK) or B2 level French (or equivalent).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment.
